We recently had phone call quality issues, because everything uses the internet nowadays including your phones. We found that these issues were caused by uploads being maxed out. The culprit? Using Outlook on a Mac.
Mac computers running Outlook maxed upload bandwidth for a good 5 – 10 minutes, for no apparent reason. The internet connection would tank because of Outlook uploading something.
We found that a new Outlook profile fixed it.
