FYI you’ve only a limited time left to upgrade for free, after which it’ll cost you almost $200.
To upgrade windows 7: Go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security >Windows Update.
To upgrade Windows 8: Go to Start > PC Settings > Update and recovery > Windows Update.
You should also check your system restore feature is on first as that’ll create you a backup/undo option before your PC upgrades.
