Microsoft 365 New Prices (USD)
Microsoft has announced new features and price changes for Office 365 and Microsoft 365, set to take effect in from 1st of July 2026. The price change is only known in $USD and we won’t know the $AUD price until the change takes effect.

However, we can estimate the price change, based on the percentage difference between the plans. The plan prices below represent the expected Month-to-Month pricing for these plans

Feature Updates and Additions
With these price changes come additional feature updates. Updates include adding Defender for Office 365 Plan 1 to E3 licenses, introducing additional Intune capabilities to Microsoft 365 E3 and E5, and increasing mailbox storage by 50 GB for Microsoft 365 Business plans.
