ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT

  1. This document is referred to as the Internet Services Product Terms or Internet Terms
  2. This document outlines the service that the Service Provider provides to its clients.
  3. Completion by both the Client and the Service Provider of an Order Form constitutes acceptance of these Internet Terms.

INTERNET TERMS

We provide internet services through the NBN, with a range of hardware rental and backup 4g internet options.

Available Plans

We offer the following Internet plans;

  1. NBN Internet
  2. eNBN Internet

Unit of Measure

The plan count is measured by the total number of connections across all locations.

Symmetrical Fibre

eNBN plans are delivered by NBNCo’s Enterprise Ethernet service. This involves a fibre build to the premises typically at no up-front cost, though installation can take 3 to 6 months.

Onsite Install and Support

If you are inside our service area, we will configure your router and ensure you are online once the connection has been provisioned.

Likewise, inside our service area we include onsite support for any issues with your internet connection that can not be diagnosed remotely.

Unlimited Data

We don’t count traffic to or from the internet, so you can enjoy unlimited Uploads and Downloads.

Note that the NBN Internet plans and eNBN Internet plans with low class of service use a shared link from the point of interconnect to the rest of the network. Therefore, during busy times, your speeds may be lower than advertised.

Enhanced SLA Options

We are happy to provide options for enhanced SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

  • All NBN internet plans by default come with the “Best Effort” SLA.
  • All eNBN internet plans come with the Bronze level SLA.

You can always opt for a higher SLA for an additional monthly fee. The SLA’s available are;
