    The recipient forwards the copy to us or calls. We match the reference and send back the original we issued.

### What does a security posture statement cover?

The security services CCP delivers under your plan, component by component, and which ones you supply yourself. It describes services. It is not an audit report or a certification.

### Can I generate one myself?

No. The generator is a staff tool. A statement you draft yourself is not recorded against a ticket. A recipient cannot verify it with us, so it will not stand up where it counts.

### How does a recipient check a statement is genuine?

They forward the copy to hello@ccp.com.au or call us. We match the reference and ticket to our record of issue. Then we send them the original to compare with the copy they were handed.
