We put you on the plan that suits your business, not the biggest one. Compliance controls are overkill for most businesses that don’t answer to an insurer, regulator or auditor. Which of these sounds most like your business? “We just need IT that works and is secure.” Managed IT $185 / seat “We’re juggling a telco, an ISP and a web host.” \+ Services $230 / seat “Our insurer, regulator or a client audit is asking questions.” \+ Compliance $310 / seat “We want one team responsible for all of it.” Complete $365 / seat ### Managed IT Helpdesk, security, monitoring and a quarterly review. **$185** / seat / month [What’s included](https://ccp.com.au/pricing/#compare) ### \+ Services We take over phones, internet and hosting. An in-house team costs salaries, super and the tools they need to do the job. A plan brings the team and the tools in one per-seat rate. #### In-house IT team For 25 seats, to match \+ Services. A year **$153,948** 1 systems administrator, salary and super $123,200 1 more systems administrator to run the compliance controls $0 After-hours emergency callouts, 2 a year each for 1 person $748 Tools and licences at $100 a seat a month $30,000 Part-time IT manager, one day a fortnight, for IT strategy and compliance $0 46 of 52 weeks at work Each IT person takes 4 weeks’ annual leave and up to 2 weeks’ sick and carer’s leave a year. Nobody covers those weeks, and nights and weekends are paid callouts. #### CCP \+ Services $230 a seat a month, for 25 seats. A year **$69,000** Save $84,948 a year compared with in-house, before recruitment and training costs - A named team of Perth engineers, remote and onsiteIncluded - The plan’s security tools and licencesIncluded - Virtual CIO (Technology Success Program)Included 52 of 52 weeks covered A team covers leave and sick days, so support does not stop. We monitor your devices 24 hours a day. In an emergency, call us at night or at the weekend. We buy the same tools for every client we look after, so we pay volume prices a single business can’t get. That saving is already in the plan rate. ### See how this is calculated Salaries are SEEK’s average advertised Perth salaries for September 2026, for an [IT support engineer](https://au.seek.com/career-advice/role/information-technology-support-engineer/salary/in-perth) and a [systems administrator](https://au.seek.com/career-advice/role/systems-administrator/salary/in-perth). Some ads include super. Super is the [ATO super guarantee](https://www.ato.gov.au/tax-rates-and-codes/key-superannuation-rates-and-thresholds/super-guarantee) of 12%, from 1 July 2025. The team size assumes one IT person for every 50 seats for day-to-day support. On + Compliance and Complete, the compliance controls are extra hands-on work: application control, faster patching, fixing scan results, log review and audit evidence. So above 30 seats we add one more systems administrator, and one more for every 50 seats after that. Each IT person takes 2 emergency calls a year at night or at the weekend, paid at double time for 3 hours each. The tools and licences figure is what a single business pays to buy the plan’s tools itself. These are our estimates. \+ Compliance and Complete include a virtual CIO from 30 seats. For those, the in-house side adds a part-time IT manager for one day a fortnight. That is a tenth of SEEK’s average advertised Perth [IT manager](https://au.seek.com/career-advice/role/information-technology-manager/salary/in-perth) salary, plus super. Weeks at work use the minimum paid leave for a full-time employee: [4 weeks’ annual leave](https://www.fairwork.gov.au/leave/annual-leave) and [10 days’ sick and carer’s leave](https://www.fairwork.gov.au/leave/sick-and-carers-leave). Public holidays are left out on both sides. Prices are in AUD, ex GST. Microsoft 365 licences are extra either way. #### Already have an IT person? Keep them. Co-managed IT gives your IT person a team behind them for monitoring, security, projects and holiday cover. It supports them rather than replacing them. Not sure? Call [(08) 9467 2269](tel:+61894672269) and we’ll tell you which plan fits. ### We don’t know which plan fits. Can you help? Yes. On a first call we look at your current setup, any questions from insurers, regulators or client audits, and where the business is heading. We put you on the plan that suits you. If you don’t need compliance yet, we start you on + Services and review it in a year. ### What counts as a seat? Every person and server that uses your systems: staff, contractors and offshore workers. We count them all because any unmanaged account is a security risk. ### How long is the agreement? Our standard agreement is a three-year term, with no onboarding fees. We spend the first three months onboarding you. Full alignment with every security recommendation usually takes the whole term, because the work is incremental. A month-to-month arrangement is available on request, at a higher rate. If you leave, we hand over full documentation and credentials. Some clients have stayed 20+ years. ### Is there a minimum? Yes, 10 seats. Below that, our service isn’t good value for you. ### Can we start on Managed IT and move up? Yes. We stabilise your systems on Managed IT, then add + Services or + Compliance when you need them. Compliance controls are overkill for most businesses that don’t answer to an insurer, regulator or auditor, so we only recommend them when you do. ### Why aren’t phones and internet in + Compliance? \+ Compliance is for businesses that already have their own telco, internet and hosting and only need the security and compliance controls. If you want all of it from us, choose Complete. ### Is managed IT cheaper than hiring an in-house IT person? It depends on your seat count and plan. A Perth systems administrator averages $110,000 a year on SEEK, or $123,200 with super. Managed IT for 50 seats is $108,000 a year. The plan also includes the security tools, backups and leave cover a hire would need on top. ### Do you supply our Microsoft 365 licences? Yes, on every plan, as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider. Licences appear as a separate line on your invoice. Many businesses pay for E3 when Business Premium would do, or run Business Basic without the security features they need. We fix that on day one.
