From Perth, our IT support for registered training organisations keeps learner records secure, your platforms reliable and the evidence current. - Secure, retained learner records and assessment evidence - Reliable access to your student management system (SMS), learning management system (LMS) and online assessment - IT controls evidenced for self-assurance and audits - **40+ Google reviews** - Perth clients since 2000 - Zero offshoring We hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification from BSI, [certificate IS 840964](https://www.bsigroup.com/en-AU/products-and-services/assessment-and-certification/validation-and-verification/client-directory-certificate/IS%20840964/). ## Cyber security risks for RTOs ### ASQA now wants proof, not policies. The 2025 Standards took effect on 1 July 2025 and focus on self-assurance: showing your systems operate effectively. For most RTOs that includes how learner information and assessment records are stored, secured and retained. - #### Learner record integrity Enrolments, Unique Student Identifiers (USIs), assessment evidence and results. Lost or altered records are an audit finding and a privacy breach. - #### Online assessment security Verifying who is sitting an assessment and keeping assessment tools secure, especially for online and blended delivery. - #### Contract trainers and third parties Contractors and third-party providers need access, but the RTO stays responsible. We make access easy to grant and easy to remove. ## 2025 Standards for RTOs and privacy changes ### Contract trainers and third parties are now in audit scope.
