The managed IT barely changes. Retail, logistics, warehousing, professional services. Plenty of our clients work outside the sectors we write pages for. Fit comes down to your size, how you want IT run and whether you’ll do the security basics. - Microsoft 365, devices, identity and backups set up the same way for every client - Line-of-business software supported alongside its vendor - Evidence ready for insurers, frameworks and customer security clauses - **40+ Google reviews** - Perth clients since 2000 - Zero offshoring We hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification from BSI, [certificate IS 840964](https://www.bsigroup.com/en-AU/products-and-services/assessment-and-certification/validation-and-verification/client-directory-certificate/IS%20840964/). ## IT support for retail, logistics and other sectors ### What changes when your sector isn’t listed. Almost nothing. A warehouse and a law firm run on the same identity, email, devices, backups and patching. That is where most of the work is. - #### The same foundation New starters get devices that arrive ready to use. Email and identity are standardised on Microsoft 365. Backups are tested on the same schedule for every client. - #### The parts that are yours A framework you’re scored against, an application nobody else runs, or a security clause in a big contract. We scope those per engagement, not per plan. - #### A straight answer on fit If scoping turns up something a sector specialist would do better, we say so and point you to one. That is rare. ## Compliance rules that apply to every business ### Your sector changes the software, not these. ![A warehouse office desk with a laptop, handheld barcode scanner and label printer, pallet racking behind.](https://ccp.com.au/_astro/feature.DwmDIzRF_ZlUDO2.webp) - #### Essential Eight Eight mitigation strategies from the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD). Insurers, large customers and government-adjacent contracts score suppliers against them. We lift your maturity level and produce the evidence at each step. - #### Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles Hold personal information and the principles apply, with formal obligations once you pass the small business threshold. Access, correction, breach notification and retention each need systems behind them. - #### Notifiable Data Breaches scheme When a breach is likely to cause serious harm, you must notify the regulator and the people affected. Without logs and retention you can’t say what left, or when. - #### Cyber insurance questionnaires Insurer questionnaires now read like audit checklists: multi-factor authentication (MFA), backup testing, patching, offboarding and endpoint detection. The questions barely change between industries. - #### Security clauses in customer contracts Tier-one customers, head contractors and landlords attach security clauses to contracts. A 30-seat firm with one large customer can face the same evidence demands as a 300-seat firm. ## Client reviews of our managed IT ### Trusted by Perth organisations since 2000. Local engineers, long relationships and a lot of referrals. That only happens when the work holds up. [Read more client reviews](https://ccp.com.au/reviews/) > “We have found CCP to be a very pro-active company… very knowledgeable and able to identify issues quickly and resolve them with great efficiency.” **Wendy Vaughan** · Long-term client > “Thanks Lee for your regular updates, particularly regarding viruses, malware and cyber security!” **Linda Grant** · Google review ## Managed IT questions from other industries ### Straight answers on size, software and fit. Something not covered? Call [(08) 9467 2269](tel:+61894672269) and ask an engineer directly. ### We’re in retail, logistics or warehousing. Does that count as “other”? Yes, and we have clients in all of them. The named pages mark where we see sector patterns, not the limit of who we work with. Your line-of-business apps differ. Identity, devices, Microsoft 365, backups and patching don’t. ### Our industry has very specific software. Can you support it? Yes, with a clear boundary. We manage what it depends on: the Microsoft 365 tenant, devices, network, identity and backups. We connect cloud versions to your security setup and host or manage on-premises servers. Workflow questions inside the application stay with the vendor. ### What size of business do you work with? Most of our clients have 20 to 250 staff, and many are around 50. Our minimum is 10 seats. Below that the per-seat model doesn’t work for either side, and we’re happy to point you to a better fit. ### Our setup is unusual. How long does onboarding take? Three months, from the start of the agreement, with no onboarding fees. Our standard agreement is a three-year term. An unusual setup stretches particular pieces of work, such as a harder identity migration, but the overall window holds. Full alignment with every security recommendation usually takes the whole term, because the work is incremental. ### Do you have a list of industries you won’t work with? We don’t pitch government departments or agencies. Panel arrangements and security-clearance overhead don’t suit how we work, and specialists serve them better. Everywhere else, if we can’t do the job well, we’ll decline during scoping and tell you why. ### Who has access to our systems? Your helpdesk, engineering and admin accounts stay with CCP staff in Perth. For 24/7 threat detection and containment we partner with a specialist security operations centre. We document all of this for your auditors, your insurer and your privacy policy.
